This session of the Assembly was also an election where members of the Board of the Platform as well as the Secretariat were elected.<\/p>\n<p>On the Assembly were elected the new members of the Managing Board of the Platform. The members of the following organizations were elected:\u00a0 Institute for Democracy &#8220;Societas Civilis&#8221; &#8211; Skopje, Macedonian Center for International Cooperation, Center for Civil Communications, Transparency International- Macedonia, Association for Democratic Initiative, Coalition All for Fair Trial Coalition, Metamorphosis and the Center for research and policy making.<\/p>\n<p>The Macedonian Center for International Cooperation was unanimously elected as Secretariat of the Platform for the next three years.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"dt-pswp-item\" href=\"https:\/\/transparency.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/20240607100742_mcms0776.jpg\" data-dt-img-description=\"\" data-large_image_width=\"1620\" data-large_image_height=\"1080\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-14314\" src=\"https:\/\/transparency.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/20240607100742_mcms0776-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" srcset=\"https:\/\/transparency.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/20240607100742_mcms0776-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/transparency.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/20240607100742_mcms0776-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/transparency.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/20240607100742_mcms0776-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/transparency.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/20240607100742_mcms0776-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/transparency.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/20240607100742_mcms0776-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/transparency.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/20240607100742_mcms0776.jpg 1620w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The platform expressed its gratitude to the previous Secretariat, the Institute for Democracy &#8220;Societas Civilis&#8221; &#8211; Skopje, which in the past six years was dedicated to the coordination of the activities and dedicatedly worked to promote the activities of the Platform.<\/p>\n<p>The new Secretariat, in the next three years will work for strengthening of the position of non-governmental actors (CSOs, media and business community) as well as strengthening of the fight against corruption through cooperation with institutions at the central level and the local community.
