According to the organization, \u201cMacedonian Post\u201d, \u201cAirports of Macedonia\u201d and \u201cMacedonian Railways-Infrastructure\u201d appear on the list of donors of DUI for the last year, which is contrary to the laws on prevention of corruption and for financing of political parties.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">\u00a0Following the Transparency appeal, the Anti-Corruption Commission informed the Prosecution about this because of suspicion of misuse of budget funds.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">F<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">rom there they received a reply that after reviewing and analyzing the obtained data, the Ministry of Finance and the State Audit Office found that the suspicions raised in the complaint were established and that the collected documentation derives from facts and circumstances that point to a violation of the provisions of the Law on Financing political parties and the Law on Prevention of Corruption that prohibit the use of budget funds, funds from public funds and funds from public enterprises for financing election activity, or other political activity. \u201cThe State Commission for the Prevention of Corruption submitted the documentation that gives rise to these suspicions to the Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office Skopje, which is in charge of further investigation of this information,\u201d Transparency International-Macedonia said.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Source:\u00a0\u00a0http:\/\/rai-see.org\/macedonia-commission-for-the-prevention-of-corruption-will-investigate-dui-funding\/<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>22.02.2018 The State Commission for the Prevention of Corruption will check the funding of DUI (The Democratic Union for Integration) after the non-governmental \u201cTransparency International-Macedonia\u201d announced suspicious donations to Ali Ahmeti\u2019s party.
