Rezulltatet nga parashtresat e paraqitura n\u00eb zyr\u00ebn n\u00eb Tetov\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqshme.,, Q\u00ebllimi yn \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb ti inkurajojm\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt t\u00eb paraqesin raste t\u00eb korrupcionit. Numri i m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 100 parashtresave t\u00eb\u00a0 raportuara q\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt kan\u00eb ardhur dhe i kan\u00eb raportuar n\u00eb zyrat n\u00eb Tetov\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb p\u00ebr tu theksuar. Rezultatet t\u00eb cilat i arrijm\u00eb me dh\u00ebnien e ndihm\u00ebs qytetar\u00ebve jan\u00eb arritur n\u00eb komunikim me institucionet sepse munges\u00eb e shpesht\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb komunikimi i qytetar\u00ebve me institucionet n\u00eb zgjidhjen e problemeve t\u00eb tyre.<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">Nga ana tjet\u00ebr problemet jan\u00eb t\u00eb llojeve t\u00eb ndryshme, disa raste kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me pun\u00ebn e ngadalshme t\u00eb adminstrat\u00ebs, disa raste kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me mosnjohjen e mjaftueshme t\u00eb procedurave, ndonj\u00ebh\u00ebr b\u00ebh\u00ebt fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr interese t\u00eb huaja apo t\u00eb dikujt t\u00eb cilit i jepet p\u00ebrparsi, por me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb se n\u00eb cil\u00ebn do situat\u00eb institucionet pranojn\u00eb komunikim me zyr\u00ebn ton\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrpiqemi t\u00eb gjejm\u00eb zgjidhje e cila do t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb favor t\u00eb qytetarit e cila kuptohet q\u00eb, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb adekuate n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb situat\u00ebs s\u00eb caktuar, duhet ta realizoj\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e vet n\u00eb k\u00ebto institucione.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n<p>ES Ambasadorja e Mbret\u00ebris\u00eb Holandeze n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Maqedonis\u00eb\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 z-nja Mariet Shurman (Marri\u00ebt Schuurman) theksoi se \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshe q\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt t\u00eb ken\u00eb se ku t\u00eb flasin p\u00ebr problemet, q\u00eb mos ta paguajn\u00eb\u00a0 \u00e7mimin e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb korruptuar n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn jetojn\u00eb. ES u shpreh q\u00eb ,, Ambasada e Mbret\u00ebris\u00eb Holandeze e p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebn hapjen e dy zyrave t\u00eb Transparency International Macedonia n\u00eb Shtip dhe Tetov\u00eb. Arsyeja e p\u00ebrkrahjes son\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb ndihma t\u00eb ju b\u00ebh\u00ebt qytetar\u00ebve m\u00eb n\u00eb qasje n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e tyre me korrupcionin. Barometrat e fundit tregojn\u00eb se korrupcioni n\u00eb Maqedoni \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb nivel t\u00eb lart\u00eb, por nj\u00eb e treat e qytetar\u00ebve mendojn\u00eb se mund t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb ndryshim.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Kryetarja e Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Tetov\u00ebs d-r Teuta Arifi n\u00eb fjalimin e saj tha:\u2019\u2019 Lufta kund\u00ebr korrupcionit \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi p\u00ebr ne si Komun\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht\u00eb duke e patur parasysh faktin se transparenca n\u00eb procesin e pun\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebnyra se si nj\u00eb Komun\u00eb mund t\u00eb del nga kriza, n\u00ebse ndodhet n\u00eb kriz\u00eb si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb rasti me Komun\u00ebn e Tetov\u00ebs.\u2019\u2019 Ajo theksoi se pret bashkpunim serioz me Transparency International \u2013 Macedonia n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn e luft\u00ebs kund\u00ebr korrupcionit .<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana e K\u00ebshiiltarve juridik t\u00eb Transparency International \u2013 Macedonia n\u00eb pun\u00ebtori u prezentuan kat\u00ebr raste konkrete nga parashtresat e qytetar\u00ebve, u prezentua raporti p\u00ebr trajtimin e parashtresave, trajtimin e pun\u00ebs s\u00eb Zyr\u00ebs p\u00ebr k\u00ebshill\u00eb dhe ndihm\u00eb juridike p\u00ebrmes\u00a0 t\u00eb cil\u00ebve pjesmarr\u00ebsve iu prezentua m\u00ebnyra e trajtimit t\u00eb zyrave pas parashtresave t\u00eb pranuara me rezzik t\u00eb korrupcionit.<\/p>\n<p>Ngjarja u pasua me pyetje nga t\u00eb pranishmit dhe me debat\u00eb t\u00eb hapur, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn u diskutuan problemet me korrupcionin n\u00eb gjygjsi, n\u00eb pun\u00ebn e organeve udh\u00ebheq\u00ebse, si edhe n\u00eb prezenc\u00ebn e korrupcionit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha sferat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb.
