31.10.2018 The Appellate Court Skopje on 01.10.2018 adopted a Decision ТС Ж no. 1795/18 with which the Decision of the Primary Court Veles СТ.111/17 from 09.07.2018, IS ABOLISHED, and the case is returned to the first instance court for further action and decision-making.
The Primary Court Veles with the appealed decision approved the proposed Plan for reorganization of FENI Industries AD Kavadarci – in bankruptcy, submitted by the creditor Global Special Opportunities LTD based in Delaney Corp (Bahamas) Ltd, Lyford Manor, Western Road, Lyford Cay, P.O. Box CB-13007, Nassau, N.P., The Bahamas) with a registration number: 157958, submitted to the Primary Court Veles.
Transparency International Macedonia in several occasions has repeatedly pointed out the irregularities in the bankruptcy procedure conducted for FENI Industries AD Kavadarci – in bankruptcy.
Due to the high public interest and the interest of the citizens of the Republic of Macedonia, TI-Macedonia will continue to closely monitor the course of the bankruptcy procedure for FENI Industries AD Kavadarci in bankruptcy until its completion.
