Representative from Transparency International-Macedonia Viktorija Mileska-Cvetanoska participated in the Multi-stakeholder Workshop on implementing the UNCAC in Southeast Europe, held on 8-10 April 2025 in Vrdnik, Serbia.
The workshop aimed to strengthen participants’ understanding of the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC), its Implementation Review Mechanism, and the broader links between corruption and organized crime, including the relevance of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime (UNTOC). It provided a platform for constructive dialogue among civil society and government representatives, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing on challenges, needs, and successes in crime prevention across the region.
The workshop was organized in collaboration with the UNODC, Regional Anti-Corruption Initiative (RAI and the UNCAC Coalition, as part of the Southeast Europe Together against Corruption (SEE-TAC) II Programme, funded by the Austrian Development Agency.
